Bakı, Yalquzaq.com, 21.12.2012 – Jurnalist, ictimai xadim və tərcüməçi Azər Həsrətin ilk iri həcmli qələm təcrübəsi olan “Bir əsgərin yaşantıları” adlı memuar-romanı “Qanun” nəşriyyatında min nüsxə tirajla çapdan çıxıb. Yazarın mediaya verdiyi xəbərə görə, kitabın əsas mövzusu yazarın şəxsən 1986-1988-ci illər ərzində Almaniyadakı Sovet Qoşunları Qrupu tərkibində hərbi xidmət keçdiyi zaman şahidi olduğu olaylar, xüsusən də Azərbaycanlı əsgərlərin gizli təşkilatlanması, nizamlı bir şəkildə hər həftə sonu keçirilən Millət Məclisinin fəaliyyətləridir. Burada həm də 1987-ci ildə o zaman SSRİ Nazirlər Kabineti sədrinin 1-ci müavini olan Heydər Əliyevin vəzifəsindən uzaqlaşdırılmasının uzaq Almaniyada hərbi xidmət keçən Azərbaycanlı əsgərlərə necə təsir etməsi, bir qazax əsgərin dilindən 1986-cı ilin 16 dekabr günü Almatı şəhərində Sovet qoşunlarının dinc nümayişçilərə divan tutaraq 172 nəfəri öldürməsi, yazarın ilk dəfə Türk kimliyini dərk etməyə başlaması, ermənilərin 1918-ci ildə Qubada törətdiyi soyqırım kimi təzahürlərə geniş yer verilib.
Romanda diqqət çəkə biləcək məqamlar arasında 1988-ci ilin əvvəlindən ermənilərin Azərbaycanlılara qarşı yenidən başlatdığı təmizləmə siyasəti və buna Moskvanın münasibəti, Sumqayıt olayları, erməni və Azərbaycanlı əsgərlər arasında elan edilən müharibə, Azərbaycanlı əsgərlərin hərbi hissədə üstün mövqedə olması da var.
Yazar zaman-zaman xəyal aləminə də ekskurs edir və öz uşaqlığını, məktəb illərini, ailəsinin ayrı-ayrı fərdlərini göz önünə gətirərək bir növ fürsətdən istifadə edib romanı 1986-88-ci illər çərçivəsindən çıxarmağa da çalışır.
Romanda bir ana xətt diqqəti cəlb edir. Yazarın özünün əsas obraz olduğu əsərdə əsgərliyə gedərkən bir kommunist kimi yetişmək istəyən Azərbaycanlı gənc artıq iki ildən sonra mənsub olduğu quruluşdan imtinaya, ümumiyyətlə isə kommunizmə nifrət etməyə hazırdır: “İndi o, heç kommunist də olmaq istəmirdi. Baku, Yalquzaq.com, Dec 21, 2012 – A journalist, civil society actor and interpreter Azer Hasret has published his first ever big volume pen experience, a memoir-novel titled “A Soldier`s Feelings”. The book is published with one thousand copies of circulation at the “Qanun” Publishing House. The novel speaks about real events and persons in a fiction style way.
As told to the national media the writer, the theme of the book covers the period of 1986-88 years when he was serving as a soldier in the Soviet Armies Group in Germany. The writer covers the events which himself was part or witnessed. The main issue is the secret organizational movements of Azerbaijanis serving in the Soviet Army and its secret meetings conducted at the end of each week.
The writer describes the feelings of Azerbaijanis serving in the Soviet Army in Germany after removal of Heydar Aliyev`s picture from the stand in the Army Premises as he was fired from the position of 1st deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the USSR. Then the writer opens up the floor to Kazakh soldier who speaks about 1986, December 16 events in Almaty while the Soviet Army had attacked peaceful demonstrations killing 172 people.
The hero of the novel, Azer (this is the same Azer Hasret himself) the first ever time in his life understands his Turkish background. At the same time the novel describes the events of genocide against Azerbaijanis committed by Armenian Dashnaks together with Bolsheviks in 1918 in the Quba region of Azerbaijan.
One of the points in the novel attracting the readers would be the events of forcing out Azerbaijanis from Armenia and the stance of Moscow towards these movements. And the events against Armenians in Sumqayit city of Azerbaijan, which were orchestrated by Armenians together with Soviet KGB and its impact towards soldiers serving very far from their homeland – in Germany. The author describes the war announcement between Armenian and Azerbaijani soldiers as well.
The writer from time to time applies back to his memory and remembers his childhood, school years, different individuals of his family and takes the novel beyond the years of 1986-88.
There is a remarkable line in the novel. The hero of the novel intended to become a Communist Party member while going to the army. But after two years of service in the Soviet Army he changes his views radically and even is ready to hate the communism: “Now he doesn`t want to become a Communist as well. His desires of previous years have leaved their place to new one only: to save Azerbaijan from the Soviet Empire and make it the free country! In this way he was stepping together with millions of other compatriots most of whom has started to understand their Turkish national identity…”
