Bakı, Modern.az, 10.12.2012 – “Əgər Azərbaycan kosmik resursların bölüşdürülməsi prosesində iştirak edən ölkələr siyahısına daxil olarsa, bu ciddi və əhəmiyyətli uğurdur. Nəticə Azərbaycanda telekommunikasiya sahəsinin, informasiya texnologiyaları infrastrukturunun inkişafına müsbət təsir göstərəcək”.
Bunu Modern.az-a açıqlamasında Azərbaycan İnternet Forumunun prezidenti Osman Gündüz süni peykimizin kosmosa çıxarılması məsələsinə münasibət bildirərkən deyib. Ekspert onu da qeyd edib ki, çox az ölkə bu siyahıya daxildir. Eyni zamanda bəzi məsələlərin dərindən təhlil edildiyini vurğulayan Osman Gündüz iqtisadi amillərin də rolunun artırılmasının vacibliyindən söz açıb.
“Azərbaycan belə bir addım atırsa, mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb edən bir prosesə qoşulur. Lakin iqtisadi dividentlərdən əldə olunacaq uğurlara gəlincə, bunun necə səmərəli istifadə olunması gündəmə gəlməlidir. Bildiyim qədər, hələlik bir ölkə bundan istifadə ilə bağlı qərar verib və bu Malayziyadır. Eyni zamanda o da nəzərə alınmalıdır ki, süni peykin ömrü 15-20 ildir. Daha dəqiq desək, kosmik məkanda bu peyk bir müddətdən sonra itib gedir. Buna görə də bu resursun imkanlarının hansı ölkələrə icarəyə veriləcəyi və ya satılacağı ilə bağlı konkret layihələr hazırlamaq lazımdır. Nəzərə almalıyıq ki, bu sahədə rəqabət güclüdür. Yeni müştərilər tapmağın bir az çətin olduğunu nəzərə alaraq bu istiqamətdə yeni proqram hazırlanmalıdır. Konkret burda əldə olunacaq gəlir haqqında müəyyən ideyalar olmalıdır.”
Baku, Modern.az, 10.12.2012 – “If Azerbaijan will be included into the list of countries sharing space resources this would be serious and important success. Such result will positively influence the development of telecommunication sector and information technologies infrastructure.”
This was stated to Modern.az by Osman Gunduz, a president of Azerbaijan Internet Forum who expressed his view in regard to our space satellite launching issue. The expert has noted also that very few countries are included in this list. Talking about deep analysis of some issues Osman Gunduz stressed the importance of rising of economic factors too.
“If Azerbaijan takes this step this means that it joins very important process. But while talking about successes on economic dividends the issue of reliable use of this should be driven into the agenda. As I know for now only one country has decided to use this and this is Malaysia. At the same time it must be taken into consideration that the life of artificial satellite is only 15-20 years. To be more concrete, after some period of time the satellite disappears in space. That`s why should be prepared certain projects about lease or sell of this resource. We should take into consideration that the competition in this sphere is strong. A program should be prepared taking into consideration difficulties on finding new customers. There must be some ideas about getting revenue in this field.”
