IRFS, Nakhchivan, 18 Nov 2008 – Restrictions imposed on websites of Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty at www.azadliqradiosu.az and www.azadlıq.org, and the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety at www.nakhchivan.org.az still continue in whole territory of Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan. Since yesterday (17 November) it has been impossible to enter “Turan” information agency website at www.turaninfo.az too.
Although this was repeatedly reported in the press and appeals were made to the internet department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Communications and Information Ministry, problem remains unsolved.
