Gundogar, Moscow, 02 Sep 2008 – The initiative group of graduates of faculty of journalism of the Moscow State University continues preparation for the action in support of the colleagues imprisoned in Turkmenistan: former Foreign Affairs Minister Boris Shikhmuradov and former head of State TV and Radio Serdar Rahimov.
Action is planned for September 8th, the International day of solidarity of journalists. This day the journalists and mass-media, which have joined the action, will publish materials about infringement of human rights in Turkmenistan.
“Gundogar” calls readers to express the relation to a policy of the Turkmen authorities and to give the voices in support of political prisoners in Turkmenistan.
